Who Cares About Wimbledon....

Nobody really cares that Venus Williams won Wimbledon over the weekend, right? I'm willing to say that tennis is one of the worst sports on the planet, especially to watch on TV. So here are some pictures of Lucy Pinder and her gi-normous cans. Because as far as I'm concerned....she's the real winner of Wimbledon this weekend. Just ask your box of tissues.

I actually like tennis, i think its a great sport...fun to watch and play. Federer vs. Nadal yesterday was a classic. I wouldn't expect you to possibly grasp that though suds b/c much like soccer, tennis is a world sport and unfortunately not that popular in the U.S. thus off YOUR radar screen. At some point in your life hopefully you'll leave the little bubble you're living in and realize its a big world out there.

Women's tennis is chock full of chicks with smokin' hot bodies running around in tiny little skirts. Where's the problem? Granted, the two who made it to the Wimbeldon finals this year were unattractive even by English standards, but you have to consider the sport as a whole.

The reason that tennis is not watched in the US right now is because we're lacking an iconic male superstar like Agassi or Sampras (Roddick was headed that way, but never made it). When Pistol Pete and Andre were in their prime even people who weren't huge tennis fans tuned in, much like people who aren't avid golf fans will still watch Tiger.

Sticky Wicket...."chock full of chicks with smokin' hot bodies running around in tiny little skirts"......did you even watch Wimbledon pal? Most of the chicks you are referring to...don't even make the televised games....the disgusting ones do. That's why everyone gets a hard on for Maria Sharapova...she's pretty much the only one that makes it onto TV. And if she's not playing...women's tennis sucks more than the local town whore.

Suds, the fact that you cant appreciate a match like Federer vs Nadal as well as the prestige behind Wimbledon makes me sick. You are a simple minded fool who clearly has no plans in life. Go back to talking about girls you cant have and the party life thats long passed you bye pal, cause your insight on sports is like watching babies burn.

Im sick of trying to read quality posts by your partners to only see this site flooded with your garbage. Talk about things people care about and not just how your a drain on Americas economy. No one cares about lack of motivation or purpose in life one bit. I can only imagine what a day in Suds life really consist of. It's such a sad thing knowing people like you exist. Good luck with the blogging though, it will probaly get you off those unemployment checks someday.

Yeah, "Anonymous" doesn't like me either... it hurts.

Buddy, if you'd pull your head out of your ass for a second and re-read my post, you'd realize that I said consider the sport as a whole; all of women's tennis, not just Wimbledon, and not just the beasts that make televised matches. It must be hard struggling through life as a half literate, semi-retarded, blind homosexual, which judging from your response I can only assume you are.

After watching some of the Federer match (this is some of the first tennis I've watched in a few years) I am going to change my stance on tennis. Men's tennis is good...but the women's tennis is still brutal to watch.

The Federer/Nadal match was actually really entertaining. Gotta give credit where credit is due. Now someone convince me that NASCAR isn't awful to watch...and we may be on to something here.

Here at the WINCOLUMN, even Suds can be wrong on occasion, or often.
